1. What is a Jet Card?

A Jet Card is a prepaid card, bought in 25-hour increments, that is redeemed to book a flight on one of our private aircraft with as little as 72-hours notice. It’s a simplified and cost-effective way to experience our safe and luxurious private travel!

2. Do your charge a separate adjustable fuel surcharge? 

No. Our program is all inclusive with no hidden or changing costs.

3. Am I charged for repositioning, taxi, waiting or any other charges?

No. You are only billed for time in the air and nothing more.

4. Can I upgrade or downsize without penalties? 

Yes, there are no penalties for downsize or upgrading aircraft size. We ratio your hours up or down, depending on the class of jet.

5. Is it a “use it or lose it” proposition with Jet Card hours?

Membership hours never expire. Hours can also be transferred to whomever you wish at any time.

6. Can I utilize more than one aircraft at the same time?

Yes, you can utilize as many aircraft as you desire. If you choose to, you can have multiple aircraft in the air at the same time. 

7. Does the cardholder have to be on board the aircraft? 

The cardholder does not have to be on the aircraft, but does have to grant permission for the new lead passenger.

8. How much notice do you require to book an aircraft? 

We require 72 hours advance notice to book a U.S. trip with your Jet Card and 96 hours advance notice to book for Canadian and Caribbean flights. During peak holiday travel, we require 120 hours advance notice.

9. How safe is the aircraft? 

Based on our Safety-First Mission, we insist that all of our aircraft and pilots not only meet but exceed, the more rigorous and exacting FAR 295 standards.

10. Are there any additional fees with your program? 

The only additional fees on membership pricing are for Premium Catering and Ground Transportation.
